Sí, esta casa tan luminosa, con tanto color y tan acogedora está hecha en un garaje. Nunca lo hubiera dicho. Está claro que con un poquito de gusto y muchas ganas, puedes transformar cualquier espacio en tu casa.

Cuando vi éstas imágenes, creí que estaba viendo algunas habitaciones de una casa o apartamento, pero no, es un invernadero de naranjas.
La decoración en blanco y negro queda perfecta, combinada con el verde de las plantas del interior y de todas las que rodean el espacio y también con esos pequeños detalles en naranja.
Aunque sea un invernadero, tiene toda la pinta de usarse como casa en el campo, aunque solo sea para pasar el día ¿no? Un espacio así no puede usarse solo como invernadero, sería una pena. A mí, me parece perfecto como estudio, yo sería la más feliz del mundo con un estudio como éste.

When I saw these pictures I thought it was a house or an apartment, but it is an orangery.
The black and white decoration combines perfectly with the green of the inside and outside plants and besides with those little orange details.
Although it is an orangery, it looks like a country home, at least to spend the day .Isn´t it? A space like this can´t be used just like an orangery. I think It would be perfect like studio. I want a studio like this!!!

Ahora que ya va a empezar el mes de agosto y que muchos os iréis de vacaciones, os traigo esta casita que me ha parecido perfecta para esto de pasar unos días de descanso. Está en Dinamarca y no creo que esté disponible, pero soñar es gratis.
A partir de la semana que viene y durante todo el mes de agosto, seguiré publicando entradas, pero con menos frecuencia de la habitual, viene bien bajar el ritmo de vez en cuando. Por lo pronto el martes publicaré el último post de mi viaje, quizá la tienda que más me gustó, así que estad atentos. Y para los que empezáis ahora las vacaciones, divertíos, descansad y disfrutad todo lo que podáis.

Now that the august month is going to begin and a many of you would go on holidays, I bring you this house which I think is perfect to be spent some days. It´s in Denmark and I don´t think it be available, but dreaming is free.
From the next week on and during august, I´ll keep publishing posts, but I´ll reduce the frequency. Some times it´s good to reduce the pace. For the moment, next Tuesday I´ll show the last pictures from my trip, it´s probably my favorite store, so pay attention. Ya estoy en casa, el viaje ha ido genial. Ya os comenté que íbamos a visitar Bruselas, que es una ciudad muy bonita, Brujas, que es preciosa y Amsterdam, que es increíble. De hecho la idea era pasar los cuatro últimos días en Amsterdam y en esos días también ir a visitar otras ciudades desde allí, pero nos ha gustado tanto que no nos hemos movido.
Creo que Amsterdam es de las ciudades que más me han impresionado en mucho tiempo, es una ciudad de detalles, cada rincón es precioso, los edificios no pueden ser más bonitos y flores y plantas decorándolo todo, además con muchísimo gusto, todo en su justa medida. Entre la arquitectura y los canales con los barquitos, vengo enamorada de la ciudad. Estoy segura que no tardaré mucho en volver.
Este ha sido el primer viaje en el que he ejercido de blogger y cámara en mano he ido fotografiando algunas tiendas que pensaba que os gustaría ver. Os traigo imágenes de cinco tiendas, todas ellas estupendas, unas más por el espacio, otras más por los productos que ofrecen, pero creo que todas interesantes. Mañana os pondré la primera y luego iré alternándolas con otros post del tipo habitual para no saturaros con la misma temática.

I´m already at home, the trip has been great. As I told you, we were going to visit Brussels, which is a nice city, Bruges which is beautiful and Amsterdam which is amazing. In fact, the idea was to stay the last four days in Amsterdam and in those days also go to visit another cities from there, but we liked it so much that we have no moved from it.
I think Amsterdam is one of the cities that have impressed me since a long time ago, it´s a city in detail, each corner is beautiful, the buildings can´t be more beautiful and there are flowers and plants decorating everything with great taste, everything in the right measure. Between the architecture and the boats in the canals, I have coming back in love with the city. I´m sure I won´t be long in returning.
This has been the first trip that I have been a blogger, camera in hand I´ve been taking pictures in some stores where I think you would like to see. I bring you photographs from five different stores, all of them great, some of them for the space, other for the products they offer, but I think that all interesting. Tomorrow I´ll show you the first one and after that I´ll alternate them with my usual posts to not saturate you with the same subject matter.

Sigurd Larsen es un arquitecto danés que desarrolla su trabajo en el campo del diseño, arte y arquitectura desde su estudio de Berlín. Por cierto, últimamente cuando voy a hablaros de un diseñador que me gusta y busco el lugar donde trabaja, muy a menudo es en Berlín, parece que es una ciudad donde el diseño tiene mucha presencia.
Os hablo de este diseñador porque es el creador de esta pieza tan curiosa que habéis visto. Es un cubo de madera de roble hecho a mano, lleno de diferentes compartimentos para guardar todo tipo de cosas y cada uno de estos compartimentos con su propia llave. Un objeto muy especial ¿No os parece?

Sigurd Larsen is a Danish architect who develops his work in design area, art and architecture in his Berlin´ studio. By the way, lately, when I´m going to talk to you about a designer which I like and I look for the place where he works, very often that place is Berlin, it seem it´s a city where design has an important presence.
I´m talking to you about this designer because of this strange piece you´ve seen. It´s an oak wood handmade cube, full of different drawers where you can keep every kind of things and each of those drawers have their own key. It is a very special object. Don´t you think so?

Es un apartamento de más de cien años, que han ido remodelando ellos, poco a poco, hasta dejarlo a su gusto. Según he leído en el artículo de la revista WLWL dónde he encontrado estas imágenes, han ido buscando, para dar forma a su casa, objetos con historia, con personalidad y les gusta mucho lo artesanal. Suena muy bien ¿Verdad?

It´s an apartment which is over one hundred years old that they have redesigned, step by step, until they have obtained what they want. According to what I´ve ridden in the article of WLWL magazine where I´ve found the pictures, they were looking for objects with personality, with history and they likes the handmade. It sounds goods. Isn´t it?

En su facebook , nos explican que Cielito Lindo es un refugio único, inspirado en la historia y calidez latina, que pretende reinventar la experiencia de “tomar café”. Suena muy bien, aunque yo con las imágenes ya me había quedado convencida. Me parece una genialidad la decoración del local y la gráfica de sus productos. Creo que lo tengo un poco difícil, ahora mismo, para ir a México, pero el día que lo haga, tengo muy claro que me pasaré a tomarme un café en Cielito Lindo.

Los que seguís el blog desde hace más tiempo, quizá os acordéis de un post que hice de una casa preciosa en Suecia. Pues he vuelto a tirar de la misma extraña fuente, una inmobiliaria en Goteborg llamada Alvhem, para seleccionar algunas de las habitaciones de las casas increíbles que tienen en venta. Os aseguro que las fotografías de la inmobiliaria que tengo al lado de mi casa no se parecen en nada a estas.

Those who follow the blog since a long time, maybe remember a post that I did about a beautiful Swedish apartment. Well, I have back to use the same weird source, this real estate agency from Goteborg called Alvhem, to select some rooms of the amazing homes they have for sale.
You can be sure the pictures of the real estate agency that there is beside my home are very different to these.
Conozco a mucha gente que vive en una ciudad y quiere tener sus plantitas de tomates o fresas en su balcón o terraza, pero esto va mucho más allá. Una granja en pleno Brooklyn, qué gran idea!!!
