Por fin un evento handmade en Granada / At last a handmade event in Granada!!!

“El Jardín Rojo”, estará el próximo sábado en el primer “Cocorocó Saturday Crafter” en Granada allí tendremos un stand con nuestros “Llorones”. Si conocéis nuestros productos ya sabéis que no están hechos a mano, pero aun así vamos a participar, seremos un poco la excepción en ese sentido.

Os pongo a continuación la información que nos han pasado sobre el evento, yo creo que va a estar muy bien, podréis encontrar seguro cosas bonitas y hay talleres durante todo el día. Espero veros por allí.

Gracias a Cocorocó, una empresa de coworking única en Granada y con muchas ganas de apoyar a los nuevos emprendedores, y a Artesanio, el portal on line para comprar y vender cosas hechas a mano, el próximo sábado 21 de Abril de 10 a 22 horas queremos ofrecer a todo el público la oportunidad de poder conocer a crafters de distintas modalidades, realizar sencillos talleres, asistir a charlas, comprar cosas únicas y hechas a mano y pasar un sábado diferente. Todo esto tendrá lugar en las instalaciones de Cocorocó (C/Tejeiro 19, Granada).

 

 

“El Jardín Rojo” will be next Saturday in the event “Cocorocó Saturday Crafter” in Granada (Spain), so we´ll had a stand with our “Cry Babies”. If you have seen before our products, you know they aren´t handmade, even so, we are going to take part in this. In that sense we´ll be the exception.

I´ll show you next, the information the event organizer gave us, I think it will be gorgeous, you´ll be able to find nice things and there is different workshops all the day. I hope see you there.

Thanks to “Cocorocó”, a coworking company unique in Granada and very interested in supporting the new enterprisings, and to “Artesanio”, an online site where you can buy and sell handmade. Next Saturday from 10:00 to 22:00 we want to offer the chance of knowing different kind of crafter, take part in workshops, attend to lectures, to buy unique things and spend a different Saturday. You´ll find all this in Cocorocó 19, Tejeiro St. Granada.

Un apartamento en Suecia / An apartment in Sweden

Me ha gustado mucho este apartamento, rápidamente se le asocia a la estética nórdica, suelos de madera, paredes blancas y mucha luz, lo cual siempre es un buen comienzo. Pero además tiene un montón de puntos positivos, mucho mueble vintage y color por todas partes. No voy a decir que sea mi casa ideal, porque tiene detalles muy personales y probablemente yo hubiera elegido otros, pero desde luego es un espacio precioso y con mucha personalidad.

I love this apartment, you can easily recognize the Nordic style, wooden floors, white walls and very bright, which is always a good beginning. But this one, besides has lot of positive points, vintage furniture and color everywhere. I won´t tell this is my perfect home because it has personal details that maybe I wouldn´t have chosen, but of course this is a beautiful space with a strong personality.

Decorándolo todo / Decorating everything

Estas etiquetas que habéis visto, las podéis comprar en la tienda alemana Da-Wanda. Desde luego yo no he hecho una confitura ni nada parecido en mi vida, pero si la hiciera, la adornaría con una tela de cuadros o de flores y le plantaría una etiqueta de este tipo, que por supuesto no pienso que sea muy necesario comprar. Creo que son fáciles para que os las hagáis vosotras mismas. Igual yo me hago unos cuantos frascos de estos, que quedarían muy bonitos en mis estantes, aunque los rellenaré con mermelada del supermercado, claro está.

You can buy these labels in the German online shop Da-wanda. I´ve never in my life made jam, but if I did I would decorate it with a striped or flowers fabric and I would put a label like these, the truth is I don´t think you need to buy them, they look easy to do by yourself. Maybe I´ll do some bottle like this they´ll look good in my shelfs although I´ll have to fill them with jam from the supermarket.


Parece que la primavera ha llegado / It looks like Spring has come

No me he podido resistir, es primavera y además las flores están de moda y las veo por todas partes, así que este post se ha hecho solo y yo no he podido (ni querido) impedirlo ^_^

I couldn´t resist it, Spring has come and flowers are all the rage and I see them everywhere, so this post has made by itself and I couldn´t (or wanted) stopped it ^_^.

Algodón de azúcar / Cotton candy

Las chicas de “Manitas de Plata” lo han vuelto a hacer, “Algodón de azúcar” es la falla que han creado este año y es tan bonita o más que la del año pasado y además podéis ver más en el video que les han hecho “Despot estudio”. Es una maravilla, me da tanta pena que la tuvieran que quemar.

The girls of “Manitas de Plata” did it again, “Cotton Candy ” is the ninot they have made this year and is so amazing or even more than the one of last year and besides you can see more in the video that “Despot studio” have done for them. It´s gorgeous, I really sorry they had to burn it.

Osos y pingüinos / Bears and penguins

No puedo contaros mucho de las piezas que habéis visto, no sé muy bien ni como llegué a una página japonesa dónde encontré estas cosas tan bonitas. Y en esa página, tampoco sabían de dónde venían, sean como sea y de quien sean, son preciosas y tenía que enseñároslas.

I´m not able to tell you very much about the pieces you´ve seen, I don´t know very well how I got  to the Japanese site where I found this things so nice. Besides  in this site, they didn´t know either where they come from, whatever, they are beautiful and I want to show you.

De vuelta / I´m back again

Ya estoy de vuelta otra vez, ha sido muy cortito pero no me puedo quejar.

En esta semana que hemos estado sin vernos, han salido varias revistas de decoración, entre ellas Covet Garden. En este número, nos enseñan la casa de Nicole, una blogger y fotógrafa australiana y la mitad de “Herriot Grace”. En esta empresa, Lance, que es el padre de Nicole fabrica desde su granja en Victoria estas piezas de madera, mientras que Nicole gestiona dicha empresa desde su apartamento en Toronto. Me encanta la idea de la empresa padre-hija y el apartamento de Nicole, que es el protagonista de este número de Covet me parece precioso y con mucha personalidad.

I´m back again, It was short but I can´t complain.

During this week, several decoration magazines are out, one of them Covet Garden. In this issue, they show us Nicole´s home, she is an Australian blogger, photographer and one half of “Herriot Grace”. In this company, Lance, who is Nicole´s father, makes from his farm in Victoria these gorgeous wooden pieces, meanwhile Nicole run this company from her apartment in Toronto. I love the idea of the father-daughter company and Nicole´s apartment which is the Covet´s protagonist looks beautiful and with a lot of personality.

Unos diitas libres / A few days off

Pues sí, ya voy necesitando un descanso, así que voy a tomarme una semanita libre. Espero que también vosotros podáis dedicar unos días a viajar, descansar o lo que os apetezca. Nos vemos muy pronto ^_^
