Me gustan mucho los productos de “Pony Brown”, pero por algún motivo nunca se me ha ocurrido dedicarles una entrada. La idea me la dio hace bastantes días mi amiga Fanny, que  compartió en Facebook la imagen de los ukeleles que habéis visto, que son obra del director e ilustrador de esta marca, creados para una empresa de instrumentos Coreana. Y ya pensé aprovechar y enseñaros sus productos habituales, porque esto de los ukeleles se sale de lo que podemos encontrar habitualmente en esta marca.

No he conseguido encontrar imágenes en su web, así que las he cogido de “OBNI” una tienda online que frecuento mucho y que os recomiendo.

I love the “Pony Brown” products, but for any reason I never did a post about them. My friend Fanny gave me the idea of this post when she shared in Facebook the pictures of these ukuleles, that they were made by the director and illustrator of the brand for a Korean music company. And I take advantage of this to show you their usual products, because the ukuleles aren´t something common at all.

I couldn´t find the pictures in its site, so I took them from “OBNI”, an online store that I visit very often and which I recommend you.

No me lo puedo creer, mi hermanita pequeña ya tiene 30 años.

Así que es un cumple muy importante, una cifra muy especial. Pero ella sí que es especial, sin ánimo de ofender a las demás hermanas, la mía es la mejor del mundo.

Y una de las cosas que me gusta de ella, es que le encantan los animales, así que este post está dedicado todo para ti. Menos mal que no te gustan las motos, hubiera sido una entrada muy fea ^_^

I can´t believe it, my little sister is 30 years old. So it´s an important birthday, a special number. But who is really special is she, I don´t want to offend to anybody, but the truth is that she is the best sister ever.

And one of the things that I like of her is that she loves the animals, so this post is all for you.

Luckily she doesn´t loves motorbikes, it would have been a very ugly post ^_^

Black oveja

¿Quién no ha oído aun hablar de Black Oveja? Está muy presente en la red desde hace ya tiempo, con lo cual, me moría de ganas por pasarme a verla. En este caso, por si alguien no la conoce, se trata de una tienda-taller de lanas y telas, pero unas lanas y telas especialmente bonitas, sobre todo la selección de telas me sorprendió, están elegidas con mucho cariño y mucho detenimiento por Merche Grosso,  que es la dueña y señora del lugar y que también conocéis seguro por “Grossomodo”.

Y Black Oveja es conocida sobre todo por los talleres tan divertidos que organiza, amugurumi nivel cero patatero, por ejemplo, es uno que me hubiera venido muy bien, y otros como punto, ganchillo, patchwork o carvado de sellos.

Si siguiera viviendo en Madrid ya hubiera probado seguro alguno de ellos, a pesar de mi poca paciencia para estas cosas.

La tienda está en el centro de Madrid, en la calle Sagasta 7, así que animaos y uníos a alguno de sus talleres y si no al menos pasaos a ver la tienda, que os va a encantar.

I´ve heard about “Black Oveja” on the internet very often, so I was eager to know it.

Black Oveja is a store-workshop where you can buy wool and a beautiful selection of fabrics that Merche Grosso, who is the store owner has chosen very carefully. Maybe you know Merche by her blog and brand “Grossomodo”.

But this space is especially famous because of its workshops, for example “Amigurumi level zero”, is one that I would like to do. And many others like knit, patchwork or crochet . They sound good. Don´t you think so?

I´m not a very patient person for this kind of things, but if I still lived in Madrid, probably I would join me to some of them.

Black Oveja is in 7 Sagasta street, in the center of Madrid, so I recommend you to take part in some of her workshop or at least visit it just to take a look because you´ll love it.

Souffle

La semana anterior estuvimos unos diitas en Madrid. Siempre me encanta ir y ver a los amigos, comer en mis sitios favoritos (aunque soy una pesada, siempre voy al mismo restaurante griego), visitar algún museo y a quién voy a engañar a estas alturas, irme de tiendas, que tengo muchas que son visita obligada.

En este viaje me he pasado por un par de sitios que ya conocía bastante bien, pero solo virtualmente, nunca los había visto en directo.

El primero de ellos es “Souffle”, la preciosa tienda de Beatriz Vera, que seguro que conocéis por su blog “Con dos bolsas en cada mano” o por la revista “Atelier” de la cual es editora.  Así que con estas referencias, ya me imaginaba que su tienda iba a ser una maravilla y desde luego no me decepcionó en absoluto. Es un espacio pequeñito lleno de cosas bonitas, el único problema que podéis tener es que os lo queráis llevar todo, como me pasa a mí.

Así que si alguien no la conoce todavía, calle Padilla 33 en Madrid, a que esperáis!!!

Last week I spend a few days in Madrid. I love going and see my friends, eating out (although I always go to the same Greek restaurant), visiting some museum and I can´t lie, you already know me I go shopping, I have a few stores that I can´t help going.

In this journey I dropped by two places that I know only virtually but I´ve never been there before.

The first one is “Souffle”, the beautiful store of Beatriz Vera, who you maybe know by her blog “Con dos bolsas en cada mano” or the magazine that she publish ”Atelier”. So with these references I was sure she would have a beautiful store and I wasn´t disappointed at all. It´s a little space plenty of nice things, the only problem is if you want all of them, just like me.

So if you don´t know it yet, it´s in 33 Padilla street in Madrid. What are you waiting for?

Un poquito de color/ A little of color

Parece que el buen tiempo por fin está llegando, ya iba apeteciendo, que hemos tenido mucha lluvia últimamente, así que por mi parte, voy a compensar esos días grises con algunas ideas para dar un poquito de color en casa.

The weather is finally getting better after all those rainy days. So I want to compensate those grey days with some ideas to give a little of color to our home.

Studio Bomba

Esto de las super tiendas finalmente va a tener que convertirse casi en una sección semanal porque cada vez las encuentro con más frecuencia y yo encantada de que sea así.

Esta vez ha sido en Australia, allí podéis encontrar “Studio Bomba”, una tienda con una gran variedad de productos de diseño, espacio para exposiciones, talleres y estudio de diseño gráfico. Tiene buena pinta ¿Verdad?

The posts of the super shops finally will have to turn into a weekly section because I find them every time more often in the net.

This time the new discovering is “Studio Bomba”in Australia, that is a store with a wide variety of design products, space for exhibitions, workshops and design studio. It looks great. Don´t you think so?

Pony Anarchy

Qué rápido se me está pasando el tiempo últimamente, parece que hace dos días que salió el número cuatro de “Pony Anarchy” y ya tenemos aquí el quinto. Y viene cargado de cosas interesantes, no os lo podéis perder.

¡¡Madre mía!! Vaya fiesta ha organizado Cristina de “Nice Party” para el tercer cumple de Clara. El tema de la fiesta era una merienda campestre y no le ha podido quedar más bonita. Si queréis ver más imágenes podéis hacerlo en el blog de la mamá de Clara, que es Paula de “Hola Mamá”.
